Four useful views. One clearer money plan.
Start with retirement-system rules, then check tax-relief conditions, future cash access and your everyday safety buffer.

Your comparison
A planning model, not an official balance or quote.
Adjust your assumptions to estimate the remaining gap.
CPF Interest Studio
Change your balances and age band for an educational annual illustration using the published Q4 2026 base rates.
Your CPF snapshot
Use the balances shown in your latest CPF statement.
Your estimated interest view
Extra interest is an estimate based on eligible-balance assumptions. Actual CPF credits can differ.
CPF extra interest depends on combined balances, age and an OA cap. Extra interest earned on OA savings is credited to SA or RA under CPF rules.
CPF Top-up Relief Explorer
Estimate a cap-only upper bound before looking at your personal tax position and the full eligibility rules.
Enter planned cash top-ups
Only count amounts that meet CPF and IRAS conditions.
Matching-grant exclusions, eligible accounts and recipients, retirement-sum limits and the overall relief cap may apply. This tool does not verify them.
Relief is not the same as tax saved.
Confirm the requirements before counting any amount as potential relief.
SSB Liquidity Ladder Builder
Make a staggered allocation plan for future savings needs—without pretending every issue has the same return.
Split one savings pot into monthly tranches
Choose a pot and ladder length. The planner groups S$500 units into equal planned tranches; unused cash remains unallocated.
SSB redemption is not same-day cash. MAS says proceeds and accrued interest are generally paid by the second business day of the following month. Each redemption request has a S$2 transaction fee. Keep immediate emergency money separately, and check the issue-specific step-up schedule.
Emergency Cash Buffer Meter
Check how many months accessible cash could cover before counting longer-term savings or CPF balances.
Your essentials snapshot
Use essentials rather than total lifestyle spending.
A configurable planning rule of thumb, not an official government requirement or personal financial advice.
Build towards your target
Your accessible cash covers part of your selected target.
Do not count CPF balances or pending securities redemptions as immediate cash. Access rules and processing times matter.

A practical checklist of what to compare next—not a product recommendation.
Keep immediate needs accessible
For emergencies, begin with cash you can access without waiting for a securities redemption window.

Singapore savings questions
Are CPF base rates the same as every saver’s effective return?
No. Published rates apply to specific CPF account types and periods. Extra interest, age, balances, account movements and applicable rules affect the amount credited.
Does top-up relief mean my tax bill falls by that amount?
No. Relief generally reduces chargeable income. Actual tax saved depends on the person’s tax position, qualifying amount, tax year and overall relief limits.
Are Singapore Savings Bonds the same as Treasury bills?
No. SSBs have step-up interest and a monthly redemption option under published terms. T-bills are short-term securities with auction-based yields and different maturity mechanics.
Can I use an SSB as instant emergency cash?
Plan carefully. Redemption proceeds are generally paid by the second business day of the following month. Keep immediate bill money in an account you can access when needed.
